Disk sleep
- system must not be on pool which we want to make sleep
- apps or containers must not be on pool which we want to make sleep
- turn off SMART for each disk in pool. Only standby mode or sleep time or APM does not help. There is cycle every 5 minutes to check disk. To assure that SMART will operate on scheduled time in Data protection page. This can be dona by modifying these two files:
Preferably modify this file by commenting out last four line, where functions are called.
/usr/local/lib/collectd_pyplugins/disktemp.py
In this file you can comment out module DiskTemp, however after reboot it is loaded from somewhere and it is not persistent.
